Greg is a very committed tutor and trainer with experience spanning over 13 years and thousands of personal training 1 to 1 sessions brings so much more than just the text books and slide shows to the classroom. Training is his life with many years training himself for a whole range of sports and events such as:
Bobsleigh for GB
Athletics in the British League
Boxing in the Army
and a bunch of Challenge events
Having achieved some amazing personal goals, Greg has also worked at many levels within Health clubs and gyms and absolutely loves developing people to become better at whatever they do. With experience of being a health and fitness manager at several gyms and also being a personal trainer himself, Greg is sure to help you start in your next career.
