Sarah is an experienced and enthusiastic sports therapist with many years studying and developing anatomy knowledge, massage techniques, injury treatment and rehabilitation. She has her own sports therapy clinic as well as previously working with Southend United FC and continuously with the London Marathon.
Working with Sarah you can be sure to be met with an approachable and enthusiastic individual who will not only guide you through learning your theory and practical skills, but apply them to real life experience and providing as many events and opportunities to practice your skills.

I not only learnt and developed my anatomy and massage techniques, but Sarah supplied us with many opportunities to practice our skills at events which were great to see what it was really like.
I am now working full time as a sports masseuse and continuing my practice with more qualifications availably in this field.
Personal Training tutor
Greg is a very committed tutor and with experience spanning over 10 years and thousands of personal training 1 to 1 sessions brings so much more than just the text books and slide shows to the classroom. Training is his life with many years training himself for a whole range of sports and events such as:
Bobsleigh for GB
Athletics in the British League
Boxing in the Army
and a bunch of Challenge events
Having achieved some amazing personal goals, Greg has also worked at many levels within Health clubs and gyms and absolutely loves developing people to become better at whatever they do. With experience of being a health and fitness manager at several gyms and also being a personal trainer himself, Greg is sure to help you start in your next career.

My wife has been a PT for 9 years and has also run ‘Flame award’ winning gyms. As you can imagine, over the years I have met more than my fair share of trainers but none quite like Greg. With his professionalism and unrivalled knowledge he is truly a credit to himself and your company.
He is fantastic at addressing a class and getting them to produce the absolute best results they are capable of, but I think that Greg especially comes into his own when he is on a 1-2-1 level. I honestly believed that my goals became his goals and I have smashed every one of them as a result of his diligence and attention to detail.

Jordan Is a very self motivated individual who is passionate about staying fit and healthy.
His ethos is to lead through example by being the best version of himself.

His training consists of a hybrid between olympic weightlifting/crossfit and general fitness, with his diet primarily being plant based. If you struggle with keeping motivated and or have specific training goals then Jordan Is your man.
